1. Submission
  • Authors submit their research paper, article, or book review via email to info@gyanbodh.com by the 25th of every bi-monthly cycle.
  • The submission must adhere to the journal's Submission Guidelines in terms of format, referencing, and originality.
2. Initial Screening
  • The editorial team conducts a preliminary check to ensure the submission aligns with the journal's scope and basic standards.
  • Submissions not meeting criteria may be returned for revision.
3. Plagiarism Check
  • Submissions are scanned through plagiarism detection software. Papers with high similarity will be rejected outright.
4. Assignment to Peer Reviewers
  • Qualified reviewers in the specific field are assigned based on subject relevance and expertise.
5. Double-Blind Peer Review
  • The identities of authors and reviewers are kept confidential to ensure unbiased review.
  • Reviewers evaluate originality, contribution, clarity, methodology, and academic value.
6. Reviewer Feedback
  • Based on feedback, submissions may receive the following decisions:
  1. Accept as is: No changes needed.
  2. Minor revisions: Small edits before final acceptance.
  3. Major revisions: Significant edits and re-submission required.
  4. Reject: Not suitable for publication.
